Davis Defense is a woman-owned, small business in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, located about 36 miles south of Washington D.C. We are experts in the U.S. Defense industry, specializing in Federal Acquisition, Military Logistics, Hazard Vulnerability Analysis and CBRN and First Responder Training, Exercises and Logistics Support including manuals, supply support, data management and maintenance.




Jesse Taylor, Ltd. (JTL) supports the prevention of terrorist acts and promotes aggressive response to terrorism by advancing knowledge, skills, and technology useful to defeating terrorism. JTL is a counterterrorism/antiterrorism consulting company. The company principals, Jesse S. Taylor and Robin L. Shen, are physical scientists with backgrounds in chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives materials.
JTL conducts training courses throughout the United States and the world on scientific, technical, and operational aspects of combating terrorism. In addition to training, JTL also supports test and evaluation of sensors, detectors, and monitoring systems for non-proliferation of unconventional explosives and chemical and biological weapons.


Emergency Management and Homeland Security Training Center
The Emergency Management & Homeland Security Training Center (EMHSTC) provides an ever-expanding and comprehensive program of cost effective training for public and private sector agencies responsible for hazardous materials planning, response, and cleanup. Over the past several years, specialized programs have also become part of the Center curriculum offerings making the facility an integral part of Michigan's effort at being a national leader in emergency training for hazardous materials, technical rescue, and terrorism planning and response.
